In January 2023 we introduced a Community Service Project for our XC & Track & Field teams called GotSneakers. The teams as well as the TE School District collected new and lightly used SNEAKERS from the TE Community sending them to those in need in the US and around the world.Â
Drop off your donations at all XC/T&F Pasta Nights, Banquets, Senior Nights or at all TE District School Vestibules & Outside Coach Hawkins classroom at Conestoga daily.

2023 PIAA Cross Country State ChampionshipsÂ
Senior Shane Walsh and Sophomore Alexia Tubbs qualified to compete at the 2023 PIAA Cross Country State Championships in Hershey. Both runners fought hard on the extremely challenging and hilly course. Shane finished in an amazing time of 17:04 and Alexia finished at an impressive 20:47. Congratulations to both athletes on an amazing season!

Track & Field End of Season Banquet - May 24
Published April 30, 2023The End of Season Banquet will be held May 24, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square. All Track & Field athletes and their families are invited. The cost is $20 per athlete and $40 per parent or any other guest. Families need to RSVP here no later than May 13. Published April 20, 2023The T&F Booster Club will be honoring the senior Track & Field athletes and recognizing their hard work and accomplishments over the last 4 years. There will be a team Pizza Dinner on the Track at 4:30 PM followed by a ceremony at 5:00 PM. We have 19 seniors to celebrate ending the evening with cake & gluten free cupcakes for the team & families! We hope you will be there to escort your Senior & enjoy the festivities that have been planned.

The signs are 18 inches tall by 24 inches wide and have 2 stakes to push into your yard. There are 2 options available: (1) SENIOR ATHLETE 2023; (2) ATHLETE 2023. The 2022-23 PIAA Sports Forms packet consists of the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (CIPPE) paperwork, an updated Assumption of Risk & Parent/Student Guidelines form, and the ImPact Consent forms. Submissions must include a CIPPE Section 7 (Physician Certification) dated after June 1, 2022. More information...
Pasta/Pizza Nights!
Published November 21, 2022, Updated January 4, 2023, Updated January 26, 2023There will be three (3) Pasta/Pizza Party events for the Winter Track season: December 15th RESCHEDULED FOR DEC 21 (hosted by distance families), January 19th (hosted by sprinter families), and February 2nd (Pizza Night hosted by field events families). The entire winter track team is invited to all Pasta/Pizza Nights. Each of these events will be held from 5 - 6:30 pm at the Conestoga High School Cafeteria (enter and pick up at the main entrance). If your athlete needs a uniform, you can order now! The online store closes Wednesday, December 21 and anticipated delivery is mid-January. It has proved more efficient to have items shipped together, so if you order please stay tuned for pick up instructions. (We will keep it as easy as possible!) Check out the uniform store here.
